The idea of shooting more super 8 film has recently sprung into mind and so I’ve found myself checking these old cameras out online. There seem to be three genres of super 8 or 8mm cameras:

I just shot a music performance at Moscow 57 with my GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition and needed a stabilizer for it. So I bought the DigiPower Camera Stabilizer from Best Buy… it worked… but not when I was moving! What a contradiction in terms: a “stabilizer” that doesn’t keep your camera steady when you move!
Another PhotoMontage or “Composite”
Greetings! Another start to a week and another chance to make art!
I really like how my composite photo turned out! I took a scanned negative from my Black Rollei 35 35mm test roll I shot at DIA Beacon last year and combined or “composited” it in Photoshop CS6. The result is pretty cool!

About my Connecticut River 35mm Panarama Photograph
I actually took this real photo of the Connecticut using my Panaview Optiwide 35mm panaramic camera. I then had the roll developed for just the negatives and scanned it using my Epson Perfection v600 Photo scanner.
