While covering the recent Strumbellas concert, I met a friendly photographer taking instant photos of guests using an old Polaroid Land Camera! We spoke about polaroid cameras, instant film and he told me the sad news about Fujifilm discontinuing the last peel-apart film – FP-100C.

A couple weeks ago I was able to test my brand new FujiFilm Instax 210 Instant Camera so I wanted to share those test photos with you. It was July 4th weekend up in historic Ridgfield, Connecticut and we saw that the local homeowners had dressed up their historic homes for the holiday! My instant photo scans are below (I only scanned them using my Epson Perfection V600 default settings so they were scanned just as they were – no correction):

There’s been a lot of exciting stuff going on for me this past week!
I’m super excited to say that I just received some great film from Kodak for my next photo shoot!
I’ll also be shooting two 35mm test rolls with my new used Nikon F3HP and I will also be testing a new used Polaroid Colorpack II instant camera this weekend! And I’ve also been researching… Zines (more on that later).
